Nathan read Theology at Spurgeon’s College and London School of Theology and has a background in cult studies, documentary production and web design.
Myles has specialised in Market Infrastructure and Derivatives his entire career and holds key relationships across London’s exchanges, CCPs and post trade technology providers. As Managing Director Myles makes sure that our customers always hire the right person for the right role and is personally responsible for defining our new business strategy and execution. Myles studied Politics and has a passion for current affairs, sport and theatre.
With a background in recruitment herself, Charlie has held client relationships and team leadership at the forefront of her career for many years, Charlie has been responsible for delivering world class account management and delivery frameworks before transitioning into a commercially focused Group Operations role. With a background in culture definition and team management, her commercial acumen supports the team and wider group function in delivering the best service for our clients and candidates
